Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Mock Tests Packages

   • Once a test package is purchased and access is granted, it is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

   • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

3. Exceptions

   • Refunds will only be processed in cases of:

     • Duplicate payment

     • Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of service

4. Refund Timeline

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
